Delta Sigma Pi Lambda Pi at the University of San Diego ("we", "us", "our") uses this website to support chapter operations and recruitment. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use and disclose it, and your rights.

At or before collection, California residents are notified that we may collect identifiers and recruitment-related records such as name, email, major, GPA, resume, and headshot, plus device and usage data. We use this information for recruitment, chapter administration, security, and analytics. We do not sell personal information or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Retention is based on criteria such as:

Shine the Light
California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits California residents to request certain information about disclosures of personal information to third parties for direct marketing purposes. We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
Children's Privacy
The site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this site.
